 The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene marine fender face pad has the advantages of light weight, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, impact energy absorption, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance, small friction coefficient, and effective resistance to ultraviolet radiation. Its impact strength is 20 times that of polyethylene chloride, 10 times that of nylon 66 and 8 times that of PTFE. It has wide applicability and can also be used as a ship anti-collision device. Low reaction force, small surface pressure, reasonable energy absorption, strong adaptability to rolling and pitching when the ship is berthed, and prevention of collision of the side shell plate of the ship during berthing or mooring.It can effectively prevent the impact of ultraviolet radiation and impact on the hull and wharf, and its installation and maintenance are simple and convenient.
