Uhmw-pe face pads panels are equipped with steel frontal panels and marine rubber fenders to protect ships. Uhmw-pe face pads panel are made into ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, with high strength, good flexibility and water resistance. PE face pads are designed for rubber cell fender, cone fender, arch fender etc. They can reduce friction between marine rubber fenders and ships, boats, providing longer life span for marine rubber fenders fendering system.
Specification of Uhmw-pe face pads
seen from appearance of uhmw pe face pads, we have three types of pe pads can be provided now: corner pads, flat pads and edge pads. The two common thickness of uhmw-pe face pads are 30 mm and 40 mm. Other customrized sizes are available also. As per markets requirements, our PE panel face pads colors include blue, orange, yellow and green, black etc.
