Uhmwpe fender facing pad/uhmwpe polyethylene fender pads/low resistance sliding boards

The UHMWPE possesses a low coefficient of friction which provides a smooth sliding surface for the vessel to travel along the fender face. UHMWPE comes in many colors and thicknesses per project requirements and also can be provided in a re-processed grade for a more economical solution. UHMWPE fender panel have many properties like light weight, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance UV resistance, aging resistance, small coefficient of friction. It's impact strength is 20 times of PVC, 10 times of nylon 66, 8 times of PTFE. UHMWPE fender panel: low reaction force, less surface pressure and reasonable capability of energy absorption, reasonable installation and maintenance.
