UHMWPE pipe support block

UHMWPE ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe pads are mainly used in the support of submarine pipelines as oil pipeline pads. 

They mainly use the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene UHMPWE plate with excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance, non-delamination, 

and impact resistance.

It has excellent characteristics of seawater corrosion resistance, low water absorption, low temperature resistance, and non-toxic and odorless. 

Because submarine oil pipeline pads are used in corrosive and highly abrasive marine environments for a long time.

It is also used in some low-temperature components by virtue of its low temperature resistance and non-absorption.

The oil submarine ultra-high polyethylene UPE material pipeline pads use 5-9 million molecular weight ultra-high polyethylene material pads, 

which are resistant to seawater corrosion, non-absorbent, and low temperature. Under the action of liquid nitrogen, the temperature reaches -269℃

and still has a certain mechanical strength. The oil submarine pipeline pads are used in corrosive and highly corrosive marine environments for a long time. 

They do not rot or break, and play a supporting and fixing role for the transportation of oil liquids.
